Art class software is the desk’s answer before the brushes come out: who is in the 4pm kids’ class, which room, what they paid for, and who can see the invoice. Paint, paper, and drying racks are the studio. They are not the record. If the record is a notebook plus a parent chat, the teacher spends the first ten minutes of class reconstructing the list.

What the class list has to hold
The class. A name families recognise, a teacher, a room, and the weekly time. “Kids watercolour, Saturday 10am” is a class. A materials list is not.
The seat. One weekly time is the usual rule when Saturday 10am and Saturday 2pm are different groups with their own caps. A child in both is two enrolments, not one copied name. Adult evening classes are often a different offer from the children’s term.
The offer. A term of eight Saturdays is a class pack: a count of lessons and an expiry. A classes-per-week membership fits a student who comes twice a week. A one-day workshop — a holiday intensive, a parent-and-child session — is its own list, not a row on the weekly roll. The offers are in class packs and memberships.
Who pays. A child’s parent sees attendance and the invoice. An adult who pays for their own evening class is a self-payer with their own login. Do not invent a parent so an adult student can be saved. Parent links at create are a preschool requirement.
Mark the session before the next class. That mark is what makes a pack count honest. A trial is a booking type, so a free first visit does not consume a pack the family has not bought.
What art class software does not do
It does not track how much paint is left in the cupboard. It does not grade a drawing like a preschool report. If you write a note, write what the class worked on and what the student will try next. Leave naps, meals, and pickup workflows for a care day. A young student still needs a named adult on the portal. That is a login, not a daycare checkout form.
The organisation keeps one waiver. A signature is required before the first booking. For an art studio that text is where photography, materials allergies, and who may collect a young student belong.

Free covers up to 15 on the roster and one location. Starter is RM 99 a month. Professional is RM 199. Enterprise starts from RM 2,300 for a large roster or three or more branches.
