Gymnastics management software is the desk’s answer before the 4pm class: who is in recreational level 2, which coach, whether the pack still has lessons, and which parent can see the invoice. Gymnastics software is the same search. If the answer is a spreadsheet plus a parent chat, the coach spends the first ten minutes of floor time reconstructing the list.

Studios use Learning centre mode. There is no separate gymnastics edition. Choose Learning centre and set activity wording so staff see classes, sessions, and instructors. A preschool day — meals, naps, pickup — stays off unless you also run care. Dance, including ballet, is dance class software. A dojo is martial arts software.
What the club has to record
The class. A level families recognise, a coach, a room or apparatus block, and the weekly time. “Recreational level 2, Monday and Wednesday at 4pm” is a class. A meet entry form is not.
The seat. One weekly time is the usual rule when Monday 4pm and Wednesday 4pm are different groups with their own caps. A gymnast in both is two enrolments. A child who also does a tumbling add-on is a second class, not a note in the margin.
The offer. A term of lessons is a class pack: a count and an expiry. A classes-per-week membership fits a gymnast who trains twice a week. Monthly unlimited fits an open practice that is truly open. The cap stays on the class. Unlimited does not put thirty gymnasts on a floor that holds twelve. The offers are in class packs and memberships.
Who pays. A child’s parent sees attendance and the invoice. An adult who pays for their own class is a self-payer with their own login. Do not invent a parent so an adult gymnast can be saved. Parent links at create are a preschool requirement.
Mark the session before the next class. That mark is what makes a pack count honest. A trial is a booking type, so a free first visit does not consume a pack the family has not bought.
Levels
The level most families mean is the class they bought: pre-school gym, recreational 1, recreational 2. Name the class that way and the roster already says where the child trains.
You can also keep an ordered ladder on the student, the same way a dojo keeps a rank, so the desk is not guessing from a whiteboard. That label describes where someone is. It does not, by itself, block a booking, and it does not produce a meet score. A rule such as “this group does not invert yet” stays with the coach.
A level is not a preschool report card. If you write a note, write what the class worked on and what you will practise next. Leave meals, naps, and learning stories for a care day.
Waiver and the first class
The organisation keeps one waiver. A signature is required before the first booking. For a gymnastics club that text is where assumption of risk, photography, and who may collect a young gymnast belong. It is not a preschool medical form.
Price
Free covers up to 15 on the roster and one location. Starter is RM 99 a month. Professional is RM 199. Enterprise starts from RM 2,300 for a large roster or three or more branches. Staff logins are not the allowance. The allowance counts students on the roster. What you charge for a term is your price. The Classroom subscription stays in ringgit on pricing.
