The best dance studio software is the one that matches the evening you already run and shows a price before the demo ends. A long feature list that cannot say “this child, this room, this pack” is a catalogue.
Ask for these in the trial, on your real timetable, not on a sample school.

- One child in two weekly times, with a clear answer about whether that is two packs or one classes-per-week membership.

A trial lesson is a booking type. Mark it as a trial so it does not consume a pack the family has not bought. A make-up, if your policy allows one, is also a booking type. Write the policy down. A teacher’s memory is not a policy.
The organisation keeps one waiver. A signature is required before the first booking. For a dance studio that text is where photography, floor rules, and who may collect a young dancer belong. It is not a preschool medical form.
